US Embassy has urged Soviet Government not to withdraw accreditation of Satter, British Embassy discussed extension of Satter's accreditation at meeting with press department of Foreign Ministry and on same day Financial Times was given list of ministry's complaints about Satter's behavior in Ukraine and on other occasions dating back to dissident trials last summer; US Embassy says Foreign Ministry was told that expulsion of Satter after his accreditation expires in August will complicate Soviet-American relations and could lead to calls for retaliatory action against Soviet correspondents working in US (S)
