Ерік Джон Споулстра (англ. Erik Jon Spoelstra, англ. вимова: [spoʊlstrə], нар. 1 листопада 1970 року, Еванстон, Іллінойс) - професійний американський баскетбольний тренер і поточний головний тренер команди Національної баскетбольної асоціації «Маямі Гіт».
